About The Position

The Pick/Pack/Ship Associate accurately picks, packages, and prepares products for shipment to fulfill customer orders. This role involves locating products in racks and shelving, picking items promptly and accurately, following written instructions, using barcoding and labeling to identify parts, pre-packing stock, and routing picked orders to their destinations. The position works in a warehouse environment with moderate noise from power industrial trucks. Employees may also perform other related duties as needed to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

Requirements

Basic math and counting skills.
Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to follow written instructions accurately and independently.
Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free order fulfillment.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders up to 16 feet.
Ability to crouch and stoop.
Ability to walk and stand for 8 hours per day.
