About The Position

World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support to multiple branches within an assigned region. The role calls for a confident communicator, motivator, and problem-solver who leads by example and helps branch teams deliver excellent customer service, maintain compliance, and meet performance goals. The manager supports customers with appropriate loan products and tax services, promotes the company’s offerings, and helps branches grow while fostering positive, accountable teams. The position requires reliable transportation for daily travel between assigned branches and for bank deposits. Coverage areas may be discussed with the hiring manager. Authorized travel time is compensated under company policy, including overtime calculations where applicable, and business mileage in a personal vehicle is reimbursed, excluding normal commuting. The work takes place in standard indoor office settings and involves frequent customer and coworker interaction, shifting priorities, and frequent travel that may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. World Finance is based in Greenville, South Carolina, and provides personal loans and tax preparation services through more than 1,200 branches in 16 states. The company has served customers since 1962 and describes its purpose as helping customers thrive through financial empowerment and caring relationships.
