About The Position

World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support to multiple branches within an assigned region. The role leads by example to ensure branch teams provide excellent customer service, maintain compliance, and meet performance goals. It includes daily travel to assigned branches and bank deposits, with coverage areas discussed with the hiring manager. Authorized travel time is compensated according to company policy, including overtime calculations where applicable, and business mileage in a personal vehicle is reimbursed, excluding normal commuting. The manager leads, mentors, and develops branch team members; supports daily operations; addresses customer needs through loan products and tax services; and promotes products and services that support customers’ financial success. The role also builds community relationships, identifies business growth opportunities, and fosters an accountable, positive team environment focused on continuous improvement. The position is based in standard indoor office settings and involves frequent customer and coworker interaction, a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities, and frequent travel. The job posting lists a salary range of $40,000–$50,000 with a bonus opportunity. Responsibilities

Provide onsite management coverage and operational leadership across assigned branches.
