About The Position

As an Overnight Rental Sales Agent at SIXT’s Miami International Airport branch, you will guide customers through the car rental process, identify their needs, and recommend vehicles and add-on services. You will prepare rental agreements and use upselling and cross-selling to meet sales goals while providing professional, service-oriented customer support. The ideal shift is 9:00 PM–5:30 AM. The role pays $15 per hour, with uncapped bonuses and an advertised average salary range of $60,000 to $88,604, plus unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

• Proven sales ability, including upselling and closing experience, with motivation to meet targets and work directly with customers.
• Relevant experience in areas such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, together with a service-oriented mindset and a record of building customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction.
• Comfort working in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility in working hours.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities
