About The Position

As an Overnight Rental Sales Agent at SIXT’s Miami International Airport branch, you will provide customer service and advise customers on suitable vehicles while helping drive the rental experience. You will greet and guide customers through the rental process, identify their needs, prepare rental agreements, and offer vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales goals through upselling and cross-selling, responding to customer inquiries professionally, and working in a commission-driven environment. The ideal shift is 9:00 PM–5:30 AM, and the position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. The posting offers an hourly rate of $15, uncapped bonuses, and states an average salary range of $60,000 to $88,604 with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

• Proven sales ability, including upselling and closing experience, with motivation to meet targets and work directly with customers.
• Customer service experience and a track record of building customer relationships; experience in retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental is relevant.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction.
• Comfort working in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility in working hours.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities
