About The Position

The Overnight Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and the gym floor; stocking locker rooms with supplies and paper products; reporting broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager; and following the Lost and Found Policy by promptly turning in members’ lost property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Requirements

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work third shift.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Continual standing and walking during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.

Nice To Haves

• Custodial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and the gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow the Lost and Found Policy and immediately turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
