About The Position

The Overnight Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all facility areas to support a positive member experience. This role works third shift and includes cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and the gym floor; replenishing locker room supplies; and reporting broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager. The custodian must follow the Lost and Found Policy and promptly turn in members’ lost property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager. Custodial experience is preferred. The position requires reliability, punctuality, honesty, a strong work ethic, independent problem-solving, and diplomatic interactions. A high school diploma or GED and a minimum age of 18 are required. Physical demands include standing and walking throughout the shift, frequent reaching, occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching, and occasionally lifting more than 80 pounds. The role may involve occasional exposure to toxic chemicals. Compensation is listed as $14.00 per hour; the posting also includes a salary statement of $9–$10 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock locker rooms with appropriate supplies and paper products.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow the Lost and Found Policy and immediately turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
