About The Position

The Outside Software Account Representative is responsible for increasing Thryv’s reach within its existing client base, improving engagement with software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. The representative nurtures relationships with existing clients, identifies new opportunities, and works toward a predetermined sales quota. The position is remote-first, but the employee must live within a one-hour commute of Portland, Oregon and maintain a suitable office setting and high-speed internet for remote work. The representative presents additional products or expanded usage based on client needs, and secures new SaaS clients through self-generated prospecting, networks, referrals, and company prospecting programs. Thryv provides an end-to-end client experience platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Its offerings include CRM, SEO, marketing, online invoices and receipts, text messaging, email marketing, and print and social media management. The role educates prospects through the buyer’s journey and works with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategy as solutions are enhanced or new products are released.
