About The Position

This role serves as a technical commercial resource for customers, helping identify electrical reliability, safety, maintenance, and lifecycle needs while leveraging RESA Power’s capabilities in switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, engineering, and power distribution equipment. The position focuses primarily on selling electrical testing and maintenance services and growing the local business in an assigned territory. The role develops new customer relationships and expands existing accounts across industrial, commercial, utility, data center, healthcare, manufacturing, and other mission-critical markets. It works with contractors, EPCs, engineering firms, facility owners, utilities, and project owners to identify opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, including acceptance testing, commissioning, maintenance testing, preventive maintenance, outages, and turnarounds. It also identifies related equipment, engineering, and lifecycle service opportunities. The salesperson develops territory and account strategies, builds and maintains a pipeline, prepares and negotiates technical-commercial proposals, and coordinates with estimating, operations, field service, engineering, and technical teams. The role is the commercial point of contact through the sales process and supports an effective transition to project execution. The position is full-time, based in Wisconsin, and involves up to 50% travel.
