About The Position

Green Lawn Fertilizing is hiring a Residential Outside Sales Representative to represent the company in an assigned territory. The representative will meet homeowners, explain lawn care and pest control services, recommend solutions, and secure new service agreements. The role involves working outdoors, traveling around the territory, and engaging with homeowners face-to-face. Representatives work independently in the field and collaborate with a supportive team. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Confidence engaging with homeowners face-to-face.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• A team-player attitude and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to walk outdoors and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass background screening, including criminal, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening reviews.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Visit more than 100 homes per day in an assigned neighborhood.
• Introduce and promote Green Lawn and Green Pest Solutions services to potential customers.
• Educate homeowners about lawn care and pest control and recommend customized solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and leads.
• Meet sales targets and pursue uncapped commission opportunities.
• Work independently in the field while collaborating with the team.
• Represent the company professionally and confidently.
