About The Position

Impact Insurance Agency is hiring an entry-level B2B outside sales representative to help local businesses and their employees understand supplemental insurance options. The role is suited to people with experience in teaching, coaching, training, or mentoring who want to apply their leadership and communication skills in a business setting. No prior sales experience is required.

The representative manages a local territory and meets in person with business owners and employee groups. The position includes a structured onboarding process, hands-on field training, mentorship, and leadership development. Health and Life insurance licensing assistance and reimbursement are provided. The role offers commission-based compensation with performance bonuses, an optional six-week base draw, and advancement opportunities into training and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Confidence leading conversations and presenting to groups.
• Clear, professional, and purposeful communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Insurance license; support is provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage a local territory.
