About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet prospective residential customers, develop new business, and assess homes for pest-control needs. The role involves keeping appointments, promptly following up, building rapport, and networking with potential customers. The representative surveys and evaluates homes, estimates and explains pest-control options, assesses damage, and recommends appropriate services and their benefits clearly and accurately. Home evaluations may require crawling into tight spaces such as attics. The work involves visiting different locations, meeting new people, and working in varying weather conditions. Arrow Exterminators is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company founded in 1964. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Proven sales ability.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
