About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet prospective residential customers, build relationships, and generate new business. The role involves keeping appointments, following up promptly, surveying and evaluating homes, estimating and explaining pest-control options, and recommending appropriate services and their benefits. Home evaluations may involve entering tight spaces such as attics and assessing damage. The representative works at different locations and in varying weather conditions, using a trained sales process and a professional, positive approach to inspections and customer acquisition. Arrow Exterminators is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company founded in 1964. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical ability to be on one's feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Proven sales ability.
Basic math skills.
