About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet prospective residential customers, assess their pest-control needs, and develop new business. The role involves working at different locations rather than sitting at a desk, keeping appointments, and following up promptly. Representatives survey homes, prepare estimates, and counsel clients on available pest-control options. Home evaluations may include entering tight spaces such as attics and assessing damage. Representatives recommend appropriate services and explain solutions and their benefits honestly and clearly, using the company’s trained sales process. The position offers a company vehicle and benefits. Arrow Exterminators is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company founded in 1964 and serving 16 states.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical ability to be on one's feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Proven sales ability.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Meet prospective residential customers and develop new business.
Keep scheduled appointments and follow up promptly.
Network with potential customers and build rapport.
Survey and evaluate homes, including assessing damage and entering tight spaces such as attics when needed.
