About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet prospective residential customers, conduct home evaluations, and sell pest control services. The role involves traveling to appointments, surveying homes, estimating needs, assessing damage—including in tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces—and counseling customers on service options. Representatives recommend appropriate solutions and explain their benefits honestly and clearly, while following up promptly and building rapport with potential customers. The position offers a company vehicle and benefits. Applicants must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and may need to pass and maintain state-required licensing or certification exams. The employer conducts pre-employment drug screens and background checks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Proven sales ability.
Basic math skills.
Self-directed and motivated, with willingness to take on new challenges in the commercial sales arena.

Responsibilities

Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
Network with prospective residential customers and build strong rapport.
Survey homes, prepare estimates, and counsel clients on pest control options.
