About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet prospective residential customers, evaluate homes, and sell pest-control services. The role involves scheduled appointments, prompt follow-up, networking and building rapport with potential customers, surveying homes, preparing estimates, and counseling customers about pest-control options. Home evaluations may require entering tight spaces such as attics and assessing damage. Representatives recommend appropriate services and explain their benefits clearly and accurately, using the company’s trained sales process. The work involves visiting different locations and conducting inspections to gain new customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Proven sales ability.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
