About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet prospective residential customers, conduct home evaluations, and sell pest control services. The role involves surveying homes, estimating needs, assessing damage, and counseling customers about pest control options. Representatives explain recommended services and their benefits honestly and clearly, maintain scheduled appointments, and follow up promptly. Home evaluations may require entering tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces and working in various weather conditions. The position involves traveling to new locations and interacting with new clients rather than working at a desk.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Proven sales ability.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Meet prospective residential customers and develop rapport through networking.
Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
