About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet prospective residential customers, build rapport, and develop new business. The role involves keeping appointments, following up promptly, surveying homes, estimating pest-control needs, and counseling clients on service options. Representatives recommend suitable solutions and explain their benefits clearly and accurately, using the company’s sales process. Home evaluations may involve assessing damage and crawling into tight spaces such as attics. The role involves visiting different locations and working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Proven sales ability.
Basic math skills.
