About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team to introduce restaurant owners to Clover, a cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solution. This is a 100% hunter and field-based role involving face-to-face prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and relationship building. The position requires travel within the Riverhead, New York area and collaboration with Restaurant Depot locations. The representative also installs Clover systems at client locations and provides hands-on training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
• At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at clients’ restaurants or businesses.
• Demonstrate Clover and explain how its solutions can streamline operations and boost revenue.
• Use product knowledge and consultative selling strategies to educate prospective customers about POS systems and online ordering platforms.
• Convert leads into clients and drive sales growth.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to support smooth integration and effective use.
• Uphold Fiserv’s ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
• Travel within the Riverhead, NY area and collaborate with Restaurant Depot locations.
