About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team to introduce Clover, a cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solution, to restaurant owners in the Riverhead, New York area. The role is 100% hunter and field-based, with travel throughout the area and collaboration with Restaurant Depot locations. The representative will engage prospective customers, develop relationships, explain Clover solutions, close sales, and install systems and train clients at their locations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

3 years of sales experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Initiate face-to-face conversations with business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Schedule in-person appointments at clients’ restaurants or businesses to demonstrate Clover and explain how it can streamline operations and boost revenue.
Use product knowledge and consultative selling strategies to educate prospective customers about POS systems and online ordering platforms, convert leads, and grow sales.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to support smooth integration and effective use.
Uphold Fiserv’s ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
Travel within the Riverhead, NY area and collaborate with Restaurant Depot locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.
