About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Sam's Club field sales team to introduce Clover, a cloud-based commerce and point-of-sale platform, to restaurant owners in South Jersey. This is a 100% hunter, field-based role involving face-to-face prospecting, relationship development, consultative sales, and Clover system installations and training at client locations. The role requires travel within South Jersey and collaboration with Sam's Club locations. Candidates must have valid, unrestricted U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future are not considered.

Nice To Haves

3 years of sales experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage business owners and restaurateurs at Sam's Club locations in face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Schedule in-person appointments at client restaurants or businesses and build and nurture client relationships.
Educate prospective customers on point-of-sale systems and online ordering platforms using product knowledge and consultative selling strategies to convert leads into clients.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training for smooth integration and effective use.
Uphold Fiserv's ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
Travel within South Jersey and collaborate with Sam's Club locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.
