About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Sam's Club field sales team to promote Clover, a cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solution. This is a 100% hunter, field-based role focused on engaging restaurant and business owners at Sam's Club locations in the Youngstown area and developing prospective customers into clients. The representative will meet business owners face to face, arrange in-person appointments at their businesses, and demonstrate how Clover can streamline operations and increase revenue. The role also includes installing Clover systems at client locations and providing hands-on training. Travel within the Youngstown area is required. Candidates must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future are not considered.

Nice To Haves

3 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage business owners and restaurateurs at Sam's Club locations through face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and nurture client relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at client restaurants or businesses.
Demonstrate Clover and explain how its solutions can streamline operations and boost revenue.
Use product knowledge and consultative selling strategies to educate prospective customers about POS systems and online ordering platforms, convert leads, and drive sales growth.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training.
Uphold Fiserv's ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
