About The Position

Lopez Auto Insurance is seeking a full-time bilingual Outside Sales Representative for its Abrams team. The representative will visit local businesses and engage with the community to build relationships and generate leads, increase brand awareness, and bring new customers to the office. The role involves networking with potential business partners, participating in community events and promotional activities, and coordinating with the office team to convert prospects into customers. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, sales and relationship-building skills, adaptability, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of one year of insurance sales experience; insurance or outside sales experience is preferred.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting new people and prospecting in the community.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and general working knowledge of computer systems and the internet for business purposes.
Schedule adaptability and reliable transportation for local travel.
Ability to align with company values and excel in sales to achieve goals and create satisfied customers.

Responsibilities
