About The Position

Lopez Auto Insurance is hiring a full-time Bilingual Outside Sales Representative for its Abrams team. The role focuses on community outreach and sales: visiting local businesses, building relationships, generating leads and referrals, promoting the company, and helping convert prospects into customers. The representative will network with car dealerships, apartment complexes, and other potential business partners, and collaborate with local businesses on community events and promotional activities. Local travel is required, and the position offers competitive hourly compensation of $15.00–$17.00, depending on experience.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
At least one year of insurance sales experience; insurance or outside sales experience is preferred.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting new people and prospecting in the community.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and general working knowledge of computer systems and the internet for business purposes.
Adaptability with the schedule and reliable transportation for local travel.
Alignment with the company's values.

Responsibilities
