About The Position

Lopez Auto Insurance is seeking a full-time bilingual Outside Sales Representative for its Abrams team. The representative will conduct local outreach, visit businesses, build relationships, and generate leads and referrals for the company’s insurance and tax services. The role includes networking with potential business partners, participating in community events and promotional activities, increasing brand awareness, and following up on prospects in coordination with the office team to convert them into customers. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, and reliable transportation for local travel. Compensation is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of one year of insurance sales experience.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting new people and prospecting in the community.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and general working knowledge of computer systems and the internet for business purposes.
Schedule adaptability and reliable transportation for local travel.
Ability to align with company values, achieve sales goals, and create satisfied customers.
