About The Position
Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative for commercial accounts. This role involves meeting prospective clients at different locations, building relationships with potential commercial customers, and developing new business. The representative surveys and inspects properties, estimates and explains pest prevention needs, counsels clients on pest control options, and recommends appropriate services and their benefits. Success depends on keeping appointments, following up promptly, and presenting solutions honestly, clearly, and accurately. The role includes a company vehicle and the opportunity to work outside an office environment.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Current driver's license.
- Sales ability.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical ability to remain on one's feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Meet prospective commercial clients and develop business relationships.
- Keep scheduled appointments and provide prompt follow-up.
- Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
- Inspect properties to assess pest prevention needs.
- Recommend appropriate services and explain their benefits clearly, accurately, and honestly.
- Gain new customers through inspections and sales.
