About The Position

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. This position is full-time and entry-level with paid and comprehensive training! We will train the individual in sales, product knowledge, and the skills needed to build a successful career. As an outside sales representative you will be responsible for growing business and selling our product line in an assigned region of GA. You will be in charge of sales throughout the assigned territory, and you will be rewarded based on your ability to manage sales throughout the region and customer base.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of a CRM software a plus.
  • Must maintain a clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

  • Visit businesses within your territory to sell our products to current customers in the region through a focus on customer service.
  • Develop meaningful connections and trust with clients as you support their needs.
  • Call on potential new customers throughout the territory.
  • Increase our customer base by introducing our product lines to new customers.
  • Communicate with inside support staff members at the branch to ensure a coordinated and synchronized sales effort and to better ensure optimized product mix and increase future sales.
