About The Position

Hibu is seeking motivated individuals, including college students preparing to graduate or recent graduates, to kick-start a rewarding career in sales. Hibu provides comprehensive training and mentorship, starting with 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of hands-on field coaching to ensure success in digital sales. The compensation structure includes a base salary plus uncapped residual commissions, with on-target earnings of $110,000-$120,000 in Year 1 and $120,000-$140,000 in Year 2. Responsibilities

Partner with small businesses to provide best-in-class digital marketing solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, and more)
Prospect and cold call within your territory to build your client base
