About The Position

Hibu is seeking motivated individuals, including college students preparing to graduate or recent graduates, to launch a rewarding career in sales. The role includes comprehensive training and mentorship, starting with 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of hands-on field coaching. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with Year 1 On-Target Earnings projected between $90,000 and $100,000. Responsibilities

• Partner with small businesses to provide best-in-class digital marketing solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, and more)
• Prospect and cold call within your territory to build your client base
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations
• Build long-term relationships and earn residual income through client retention
• Make a real impact by helping local businesses grow
