About The Position

Flotilla Water is expanding its sales team throughout Broward County, Florida, and is seeking bilingual English/Spanish sales professionals to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems. The company provides leads, training, and sales support, while the representative focuses on closing sales. The role involves pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations and presenting whole-home water-treatment solutions to homeowners in both English and Spanish. The position offers an advertised annual earning potential of $150,000–$200,000 with uncapped commissions. Paid training is provided for the first three weeks, and appointments are supplied daily. The sales cycle is typically 7–10 days, supporting relatively quick commission payouts. Representatives are assigned local Broward County territories.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills in both languages.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to service assigned territories throughout Broward County.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home or outside sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, windows and doors, water treatment, pest control, remodeling, or home improvement sales is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations throughout Broward County.
• Present Maytag whole-home water-treatment solutions in English and Spanish.
• Educate homeowners, present equipment options, and close sales.
• Manage appointments, customer follow-up, and referrals.
• Develop additional sales opportunities through self-generated business.
