About The Position

Flotilla Water is expanding its sales team throughout Broward County, Florida, and is seeking experienced bilingual English/Spanish sales professionals to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems. The company provides leads, training, and support, while the sales representative focuses on closing sales. The role involves conducting pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations and presenting whole-home water-treatment solutions to homeowners in English and Spanish. The advertised annual earning potential is $150,000–$200,000 with uncapped commissions. Paid training is provided for the first three weeks, and the company supplies daily pre-set, pre-qualified appointments and local Broward County territory assignments.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills in both languages.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to service assigned territories throughout Broward County.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home or outside sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, windows and doors, water treatment, pest control, remodeling, or home improvement sales is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations throughout Broward County.
• Present Maytag whole-home water-treatment solutions in English and Spanish.
• Educate homeowners, present equipment options, and close sales.
• Manage appointments, customer follow-up, and referrals.
• Develop additional opportunities through self-generated business.
• Service assigned territories throughout Broward County.
