Outside Sales Rep Bilingual
About The Position
Flotilla Water is expanding its sales team throughout Broward County, Florida, to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems. The company provides leads, training, and sales support, while the representative focuses on closing sales. The role involves conducting pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations and presenting whole-home water-treatment solutions in English and Spanish. The position offers pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, a 7–10 day sales cycle, local territory assignments, uncapped commissions, and potential annual earnings of $150,000–$200,000. Paid training is provided for the first three weeks.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills in both languages.
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to service assigned territories throughout Broward County.
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home or outside sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, windows and doors, water treatment, pest control, remodeling, or home improvement sales is highly encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations throughout Broward County.
- Present Maytag whole-home water-treatment solutions in English and Spanish.
- Educate homeowners, present equipment options, and close sales.
- Manage appointments, customer follow-up, and referrals.
- Develop additional opportunities through self-generated business.
- Service assigned territories throughout Broward County.
