About The Position

Flotilla Water is expanding its sales team throughout Broward County, Florida, and is seeking experienced bilingual sales professionals to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems. The company provides leads, training, and support, while the sales representative focuses on closing sales. The role involves pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations and presenting whole-home water-treatment solutions in English and Spanish. The stated annual earning potential is $150,000–$200,000 with uncapped commissions. Paid training is provided for the first three weeks, and appointments are supplied daily.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills in both languages.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
Be able to service assigned territories throughout Broward County.

Nice To Haves

Previous in-home or outside sales experience is preferred.
Experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, windows and doors, water treatment, pest control, remodeling, or home improvement sales is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations throughout Broward County.
Present Maytag whole-home water-treatment solutions in English and Spanish.
Educate homeowners, present equipment options, and close sales.
Manage appointments, customer follow-up, and referrals.
Develop additional opportunities through self-generated business.
