About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Outside Sales & Design Consultant based in the Boise area, serving southern and eastern Idaho and eastern Oregon, from the Nevada border to La Grande, Oregon. The role involves visiting homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, understanding their needs, presenting window and door product solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience using the company’s sales process, sample kits, and technology. The company provides paid training, ongoing coaching, and company-generated leads, with no cold calling. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated potential earnings of $120,000–$225,000+ annually. The target training start date is January 15, 2026.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• A track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
