About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring a Sales Consultant to serve a territory primarily covering Fresno, Bakersfield, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo. The role involves visiting homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, understanding their needs, presenting product solutions, and providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Consultants use the company’s sales process, sample kits, and technology to help close sales and represent a recognized windows and doors brand. Paid training, ongoing coaching, company-generated appointments, and sales tools are provided. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+.

Requirements

At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
A track record of closing sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities
