About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Outside Sales & Design Consultant based in the Boise area, serving southern and eastern Idaho and eastern Oregon, from the Nevada border to La Grande, Oregon. The role involves visiting homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, understanding their needs, presenting window and door solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Consultants use the company’s sales process, sample kits, and technology to help close sales and represent the Renewal by Andersen brand.

The position offers paid training, ongoing coaching, company-generated appointments, and 100% commission compensation. The posting states annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+ and describes strong brand awareness, consistent appointments, and a proven sales process as support for earning potential. Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• A track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Strong organization and commitment to exceptional service.
