About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring a Sales Consultant to serve homeowners across a territory primarily covering Fresno, Bakersfield, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo. The role involves attending scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, learning homeowners’ needs, presenting product solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Consultants use the company’s proven sales process, sample kits, and technology to help close sales and represent a recognized windows-and-doors brand. The company provides paid training, ongoing coaching, company-generated leads, and tools to support success. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+. The role requires travel throughout the assigned territory, reliable transportation, and availability for appointments during evenings and weekends. The target training start date is January 15, 2026.

Requirements

At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
A track record of closing sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
