Outside Sales & Design Consultant
About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Outside Sales & Design Consultant to meet with homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments in the Boise-area territory, which covers southern and eastern Idaho and eastern Oregon, from the Nevada border to La Grande, Oregon. The role uses company-generated leads and does not require cold calling. Sales Consultants present window and door product solutions, guide homeowners through the sales process, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The position offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and sales tools. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+. The target training start date is January 15, 2026. The role requires travel within the assigned territory and availability for evening and weekend appointments when homeowners are available.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
- A track record of closing sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
- Strong organization and commitment to exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently, learn, and pursue sales goals.
