About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to help homeowners improve their homes. The role is based in the Boise area and includes travel throughout southern and eastern Idaho and eastern Oregon, from the Nevada border to La Grande, Oregon. Sales Consultants visit homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, learn about their needs, present product solutions, and guide customers through the sales process using sample kits and technology. The position offers company-generated leads, paid training, ongoing coaching, and a proven sales process. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+.

The target training start date is January 15, 2026. Evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate homeowners’ schedules. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be able to travel throughout the assigned territory, and lift 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• A track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
