About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Outside Sales & Design Consultant to serve homeowners in the Fresno, Bakersfield, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo market. The position focuses on scheduled, pre-qualified, company-generated appointments; no cold calling is required. Consultants meet with homeowners, understand their needs, present window and door product solutions, and guide customers through the sales process to deliver an exceptional experience.

The company provides paid training, ongoing coaching, sales tools, sample kits, and technology, along with a proven sales process. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+. Evening and weekend appointments are part of the role when homeowners are available. The target training start date is January 15, 2026.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• A track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Learn the home improvement construction industry.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
