About The Position

HomeTeam is hiring an Outside Sales Account Manager to reach homeowners in an assigned area and generate sales. The company provides training, tools, and support, and emphasizes a friendly work environment and a positive customer experience. The role involves working outside, meeting customers, and independently developing sales and customer relationships. Compensation is $42,000–$50,000 annually plus uncapped commission.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to meet the physical job requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in an assigned area to generate sales by knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely so Pest Control Technicians have the information needed to serve homeowners.
• Work independently while staying motivated, organized, and personable.
