About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an experienced Outside Residential Sales Representative in Orlando, Florida. The representative will specialize in building relationships with homeowners in Orlando and surrounding areas and selling doors and related products. The role involves designing customized door solutions, promoting products and services, presenting product samples and design software, assessing customer needs, selling technical and mechanical goods and services, preparing estimates and proposals, and maintaining the CRM.

Requirements

• Two years of outside sales experience selling to homeowners and general contractors.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with new customers.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with blueprints, plans, and specifications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design customized door solutions.
• Promote the company's products and services to potential customers daily.
• Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software.
• Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess their needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
