About The Position

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time, entry-level outside sales representative to develop an assigned market by introducing local businesses to its workplace products and services. The role involves traveling through the territory on foot or by car, meeting potential customers, learning about their needs, and presenting solutions. Representatives demonstrate products, share web tools, provide custom pricing, and help new customers get started through MasonvilleGO. They coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts smoothly and attend regular branch sales meetings. The position offers an annual salary of $60,000–$65,000, with non-commissioned bonus opportunities and additional contest and vendor incentive opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
