About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time, entry-level outside sales representative to develop business-to-business sales in an assigned territory. Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel through an assigned territory on foot or by car to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason’s products and services.
• Meet potential clients, identify their needs, and present relevant workplace product and service solutions.
• Use flyers and a consultative sales approach to engage prospective customers.
• Demonstrate products, share web tools, and provide custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are transitioned smoothly.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings.
