About The Position

Brook Hollow Golf Club is seeking an energetic, team-oriented Outside Golf Services employee to provide high-quality service to its members and guests. The role supports golf operations at the club, including golf cart preparation, golf equipment handling, tournament operations, and driving range management. The position is based at Brook Hollow Golf Club in Dallas, Texas, and is full-time, with starting compensation of $16 per hour. It reports to the Assistant Golf Professional/Head Golf Professional. The club is an established private club with golf, sports, wellness, swimming, and event facilities.

Requirements

Must be able to understand and communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime if needed.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Must work well with others and help co-workers as needed.
Must have an outgoing personality, an eye for detail, honesty, integrity, and a courteous and tactful manner.
Must be able to perform work duties outdoors for up to 8 hours.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to perform the described physical activities, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, or sitting for up to 16 hours per day; handling objects, tools, or controls; reaching; and communicating by hearing and speaking.
A background check is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience and knowledge of the golf industry preferred.
Hospitality and customer service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Greet members and guests upon arrival.
Provide customer service according to standards set by management.
Clean and prepare golf carts.
Clean and store members’ and guests’ golf equipment.
Assist with tournament operations.
Manage the driving range, including picking and cleaning golf balls, cleaning clubs, setting up and breaking down the range, carrying golf bags, and assisting members with their needs.
Communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing, with members, guests, and co-workers.
Work well with others as part of a team and help co-workers as needed.
Look for areas that need improvement and perform other duties as required.
