About The Position
Welcome guests and assist them throughout their visit by supporting check-in and reservations, answering questions about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and helping with golf clubs and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized venue and retail area, keep retail items stocked, respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrate games, and enforce safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
- Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
- Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
- Help with golf clubs and equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the venue.
- Offer retail items to guests and keep the retail area stocked and organized.
