About The Position
Topgolf is seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring team members for hourly Golf Service Associate positions. The role focuses on delivering an excellent player experience in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. Associates welcome and assist players, help them get started with their visit, provide information about the venue and gameplay, and support players with golf equipment. They also help keep the venue clean, organized, safe and inviting while following safety and sanitation standards and living Topgolf’s core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring. The work is physically active and involves spending most of the shift on your feet, moving throughout the venue, and lifting or carrying items up to 50 pounds, including golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. The position is available to both part-time and full-time seekers, with day, night and weekend shifts available.

- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.

- Ability to remain active and maintain pace during long shifts and physically demanding tasks.

- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, providing the information they need to begin their visit.
- Provide information about the venue, gameplay and current promotions.
- Assist players with golf clubs and equipment so they have appropriate gear.
- Keep the venue clean, organized and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering players guidance and recommendations.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe and compliant.
- Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring in interactions with players and coworkers.
