About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a fun-loving, dedicated Golf Service Associate to help deliver an enjoyable and excellent experience for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role supports guests throughout their visit, from check-in and reservations to providing information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and assisting with golf clubs and equipment. The associate also helps keep guest-facing and retail areas clean, organized, safe, and inviting, follows sanitation and safety standards, and contributes to a supportive team while reflecting Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active role requiring substantial time on one’s feet, frequent movement, and lifting and carrying items, including golf bags, weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
• Comfort with bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and remaining on one’s feet for most of the workday.
• Ability to stay active and maintain pace during long shifts and physically demanding tasks.

• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Players with check-in and reservations, providing the information they need to begin their visit.
• Explain the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help Players make the most of their experience.
• Assist Players with golf clubs and equipment, helping them find appropriate gear.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering Players guidance and recommendations.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant guest services area.
