About The Position
Golf Services team members welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and help guests with golf clubs and equipment. They maintain a clean and organized venue, offer retail items to guests, and keep the retail area stocked and orderly. The role also involves responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating games to guests, and enforcing safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
- Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
