About The Position
Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated team member for an hourly Golf Service Associate role. The associate helps players get started and enjoy their visit by assisting with check-in and reservations, explaining the venue, gameplay and promotions, and providing golf clubs and equipment. The role also involves keeping guest service and retail areas clean, organized, safe and inviting, and following safety and sanitation standards. Team members are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring while supporting players and fellow Playmakers. This is an active, high-volume role that involves spending most of the shift on your feet and lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags across multiple floor levels.

Responsibilities
- Welcome players and assist with check-in and reservations, providing information they need to get started.
- Explain the venue, gameplay and current promotions to help players make the most of their visit.
- Assist players with golf clubs and equipment.
- Keep the venue clean, organized and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering helpful guidance and recommendations.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe and compliant.
